I’ve been here about four times I live in Bastrop and this is on my way to my office in downtown Austin. I always clean my car first and then I take it to the drive-through. I have never had a issue till today, the guy came in with a horrible attitude I will no longer refer this place or go there really disappointed on the way they train this guys and the way they want to speak to clients! 👎

My favorite car wash in town. Will go out of my way to come here. The prices are great, the wash soap smells good and hasn’t scratched my car up. The staff is really cool and always love the free vacuums. It’s nice that they offer rags to wipe things down.

Love this car wash! The wash is easy, quick, and affordable. They also have self-serve vacuums, towels, and cleaning products… basically everything you need for a perfect interior and exterior clean. The staff is amazing as well. Oscar helped me clean my mats, and they ended up looking so nice and spotless!

One of the best automatic car washes I know close to downtown. I always find an empty spot I can use and don’t have to wait in line. The positive attitude from the staff always makes the experience better too. Tnx

So if the customer service would have been better, I would have given it more than one star. But it doesn't even wash your car completely. And the person washing the cars before you go in there, the prewasher, only gets one side of your car. Soap was left on my back windshield and on the bottom of my car when you open the doors, soap is there. I have pictures to show it. When I got there I'd purchased it online and my code wasn't working. No one came out to help me. I sat there and had people behind me turning around because I was sitting so long. And I finally got it to accept the code, and still no one came out to even try to help. Then when I was finished, all of the vacuums were being utilized. Which is fine because they have a separate area with like six more vacuums. So I drive to that area and it's closed. None of it was running, there were cones in front of all of the stalls. So I walk back and speak to someone and tell them what happened. They proceeded to tell me the car wash was not full enough or busy enough to open the second area of vacuums. There's no way to get back there without driving the wrong way down a one way. And that's what they had me do. Only to get back
